Insurance & Fees
Transparent pricing, no surprises.
Navigating insurance and therapy costs can feel overwhelming. Here's everything you need to know about working with me — clearly laid out so you can focus on what matters.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers:
If you have UnitedHealthcare or Aetna, I will bill your insurance directly. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan, deductible, and copay. I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to confirm your mental health benefits before our first session.
Out-of-network benefits
If you have a different insurance plan, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many clients are surprised by how much their plan covers. Contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Private pay rates
For clients paying out of pocket or whose insurance I am not in-network with:
Fees are reviewed periodically. If cost is a barrier, please reach out — I have a limited number of reduced-fee slots available and am happy to discuss options.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before beginning services. You will receive this estimate before your first session. If you have questions about your estimate or are billed more than expected, you have the right to dispute the charges. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
Common questions
Still have questions?
I'm happy to talk through insurance, fees, or anything else before you commit to anything. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
