I'm not your typical therapist.
And honestly? That's kind of the point.
I'm Kaitlin Fiorentino, LMHC/LPC — a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I'm licensed in Connecticut, New York, and Florida, and I've spent my career doing the kind of therapy that actually moves the needle.
I grew up in a big, diverse family with parents who valued therapy and open, honest communication and emotional expression. I connect with people in a way that helps them feel safe and understood, which allows for the launching pad towards change. I grew up knowing that my voice and input have value and I want to empower others to feel the same. I believe in the power of numbers and want to help you get back to, recreate, or strengthen your village. I believe that we have an extraordinary ability to grow and heal if provided a safe and comfortable space to do so. I am passionate about my role in co-creating the transformative space that will allow you to face whatever challenges lay before you. You have the answers and I'd love to help you access them.
My approach
I believe therapy works best when it feels natural and purposeful. Not scripted, not boring. I bring my whole self into the room — curiosity, warmth, and a healthy dose of humor when the moment calls for it. I'm direct without being harsh, and I'll challenge you when I think you're selling yourself short.

Why I love what I do
There's nothing quite like watching someone have a breakthrough — the moment they stop apologizing for who they are and start advocating for what they need. I specialize in working with people navigating body image, self-esteem, and relationship challenges, because I believe everyone deserves to feel at home in themselves. Fifteen years in, that belief hasn't wavered once.
